Step by Step IVF Procedure

This treatment involves the following steps:

For Women:

  • Destroying your natural monthly hormone cycle: In the first step the women would be given a drug to destroy the natural hormonal cycle. The women can control her cycle by a daily dose of Injection or spray. The treatment of drugs would continue for around 2 weeks.
  • Increasing the egg supply: After destroying totally the natural hormone cycle, gonadotrophin hormone drug would be given to the women. This drug treatment would continue for 12 days. This hormone would help to produce increased the egg count.
  • Inspection of Progress: Throughout the drug treatment the clinic doctors would monitor your progress with the help of vaginal ultrasound scans. In order to make your eggs mature, the doctor would give the women another hormonal injection before 34- 40 hours of collecting the eggs.
